INMATE DIES IN LIMERICK PRISON

According to unison.ie , An inmate at Limerick Prison has died after falling ill in his cell today.The inmate, who is believed to be in his early 20s, apparently suffered cardiac arrest.

An ambulance crew tried to resuscitate him, but he was pronounced dead just after 11am.Foul play is not suspected and the prison authorities say the death may have been drug-related.
