Man shot to death in his Dublin home


GANGLAND CONTINUES TO REIGN IN DUBLIN

A 30 year old man is dead this morning after he was shot a number of times at his house in Finglas last night.

In what appears to be a gangland killing , a grey car pulled up at the man's house around 10pm,two men emerged and opened fire through the downstairs window where the victim was.

The victim was rushed to Connolly hospital but died 40 minutes later. The scene remains sealed off this morning as gardai launch an extensive murder investigation.

RTE's Paul Reynolds reports that the Victim was a recovering drug addict.

It has emerged also that the man was in a fight a few days before he was killed and that he is not the first person to be killed at that house.A man was stabbed there several years ago.
