Arson Attack – Teen back in court


One of the two teenagers charged in connection with the arson attck in Pineview Gardens last month has appeared in court again today.

The 17 year old is charged with intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm to two kids namely, Millie Murray(6), and her brother, Gavin(4), at Pineview Gardens on September 10th.

His solicitor, John Devane said today that his client’s father had “advised him” that he wished to reserve his position in relation to bail.

Judge Tom O’Donnell adjourned the case for another 2 weeks after direction form the teens father who was present at the sitting today.

The other 17 year old charged in this case is currently on bail.
