Man dies in west Limerick crash
A man has been killed in a road accident in Co. Limerick Sunday night.
The man, thought to be in his early twenties died when the car in which he was travelling in, careered into a ditch on the N69 road near Loughill around 9.15pm.
A woman in her twenties who was also travelling in the car was taken to Limerick regional Hospital. Two other passengers did not require treatment.
The scene of the crash, around 3 miles out of Loughill on the Glin road remains sealed off by Gardai while technical examinations are carried out.

The deceased man has been named as 21 year old Robert McElligott from Ballyhahill, Co Limerick. Mr. McElligott worked as a fitter in Aughinish.
