7/7 London Bombings Report

The first of two reports into the London 7/7 bombings has been released.

Main Points form the Report::

:: Security Services were aware of one of the London Bombers before the 7/7 attacks.

:: If more resources had been in place sooner then there would have been a greater chance of preventing the attack

:: A more Transparent threat level and alert system needed.

:: The report warns there would be an inevitable rise in intrusive activity

::No Evidence to suggest there was a 5th suicide bomber.

::Inconclusive on whether the attacks were controlled by a leader in Pakistan.

:: The report concludes that the security services of the UK could have done more to prevent the attacks
