Family want probe into Limerick prison death


John Devane , the solicitor for Kenneth Kelly the prisoner who died last Sunday has announced that the mans family want a full inquiry into his death.

Mr Devane also announced that he will be bringing a case against the Department of Justice on behalf of the family,who he claims are ultimately responsible for 'this'.

Mr Kelly died from an unusual medical condition while in Limerick Prison, the post mortem found.

Speaking of John Devane, he was cleared recently by a limerick court of assaulting his sister at a house in Castletroy last year.
