Protesters bring redundancy dispute to the Dáil
300 people who lost their jobs when the Castlemahon poultry processing plant closed have staged a protest outside the Dáil today demanding that the Government intervene in their redundancy dispute.
Since the plant closed, workers have only received two weeks redundancy pay as apposed to the five weeks they were promised.
The former employees say they are under financial pressure leading up to Christmas.
