Arson teens plead guilty

Two youths charged in relation to the Arson attack in Moyross last year which left two children badly burned, have pleaded guilty to intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm.

The two 17-year-old were appearing at the Circuit Court in Ennis today.

The charges to which the two have pleaded guilty have adjourned until 17 April for the preparation of probation and welfare reports and the two wereremanded in custody to that date.

The court was told a jury would be required in the case of a third person also facing a similar charge.
The third accused is reported to be contesting the charge against him.

The 4 year old girl and her younger brother were badly burned in the horrific arson attack in Pineview Gardens back in September.
