Limerick man dies in late night crash
Gardaí at Mallow are investigating a fatal road crash that has claimed the life of a Patrickswell man.
The two car accident happened around 1am this morning on the N20 at Pikes Cross, Ballyhea, Charleville.
The male drivers of both cars, a 60 year old from Patrickswell and a 36 year old foreign national, were killed in the collision and their bodies have been removed to Cork University Hospital.
The Patrickswell mans wife, who was in the passenger seat, was taken to Mallow General Hospital but her injuries are not life threatening. Witnesses to this collision are asked to contact Gardaí at Macroom on 022 31450.
