Three UL students appear in court
Three students of The University of Limerick have all pleaded guilty to the burglary of a house in Castletroy.
Brian Sheehan (20) , Desmond o Donovan(20) and Kevin Cott(20) all made their plea before Limerick District court yesterday as their lawyer defended their honour saying that they were good students from good backgrounds and that these actions were out of character and that they were aware of the shame this had put on their families and college. The three men also admitted their role in a number of other burglaries in the same Castletroy area during the case.
Judge Tom O Donnell remanded the three on bail until sentencing on July 27.
