Fat Frankie murder suspect has charge dropped
PRIME SUSPECT ‘GETS AWAY WITH MURDER’
A man accused of the murder of another man in Moyross last September has had the charge of murder against him dropped.
Gary Campion was charged with killing 'Fat' Frankie Ryan on September 17 of last year ,however in court Wednesday judge Tom O’Donnell made the decision of striking out the murder charge against the accused as the book of evidence was still not presented to the defendant.
The court was told that the delay in presenting the book of evidence was because of the current heavy workload at the local State solicitor's office.
Mr. Campion (above) ,who was the Prime suspect, was arrested in the week after the murder in North Cork.
