Shooting in Moyross leaves one injured

A man is recovering in Limerick Regional Hospital today after he was injured in a shooting incident last night.

The victim who is in his twenties sustained wounds to his arm and hand after shots were fired through a rear window of the house he was occupying in Pineview Gardens around midnight.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
