Three back in court over Murray arson attack

Three teenagers charged in relation to an arson attack in Pineview Gardens last September which injured two children have all appeared back in a Limerick court today.

The 16 year old and two 17 year old males were before judge Tom O Donnell today when he expressed concern that the book of Evidence on the two 17 year olds were still not prepared.

Live 95Fm reports that he informed the gathering that if the book of evidence was not presented in at least two weeks time then a representative from the DPP office would have to give a reason for the delay.

They are charged with intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm to two kids namely, Millie Murray(6), and her brother, Gavin(4), at Pineview Gardens on September 10th.

All three will appear again on January 16th.
