They’ve reached their fourth final in the contest seeing off a determined Saracens side with tries from O’Gara and Quinlan.
Munster captain Paul O Connell told the media following the match,
“We scored two very good tries and though they had us under a lot of pressure we are happy with our defense and we were able to endure a lot and soak it up."
A London Rugby news site stated that "Munster were always able to rally round Paul O'Connell's leadership, another reason why Sarries' outgoing director of rugby, former Munster coach Alan Gaffney, tipped the former champions to take the trophy back to Limerick in four weeks."
Munster will now face three-time European champions Toulouse on May 24.
They won their first Heineken cup in May 2006.
