Heineken Cup Final: 1 day to go


The team is named

With the Heineken cup final taking place tomorrow, Munster coach Declan Kidney has named his starting fifteen, revealing it’s the exact same starting fifteen that faced Saracens in the semi final.

The team is as follows:

D Hurley; D Howlett, L Mafi, R Tipoki, I Dowling; R O'Gara, T O'Leary; M Horan, J Flannery, J Hayes, D O'Callaghan, P O'Connell (capt), A Quinlan, D Wallace, D Leamy.

Replacements: F Sheahan, T Buckley, M O'Driscoll, D Ryan, P Stringer, P Warwick, K Earls

Traffic disruptions for Big Screen.

There will be a number of road closures in place for the big screen event in the city tomorrow.

O’Connell Street will be closed to traffic between the junctions of Mallow Street and Roches Street from 9am in the morning.

Upper and Lower Glentworth Street and Upper Cecil Street will be closed to traffic from 9am also. Lower Cecil Street will be closed to traffic from 1.30pm on Saturday. Traffic will be able to come up O’Connell Street from the Sarsfield Street junction to the Roches Street junction.

William Street and Roches Street will be open.
