Stabbing victim won’t identify attackers

It has emerged today that the investigation into a stabbing of a 25 year old woman has come to a grinding halt this week due to the victim’s unwillingness to identify her attackers.

The victim, a Moyross woman, was attacked and stabbed on Clare Street last Thursday afternoon following a row with two other women on the street.

The Limerick Leader reports that although the victim is believed to know who her attackers were, she will not name them to investigating Gardai.
