Two 'Deelgate' cases adjourned
Two cases relating to the Palaskenry water issue were adjourned yesterday in the High Court.
Orla Kaiser who was due to go before the court had her case adjourned for another week after one of her two children became unwell.
A separate judicial review being taken by the Bleach Lough retention committee which was also scheduled to take place yesterday was adjourned for three weeks. The committee are challenging the legality of the decision of Limerick County Council to extend the river Deel water supply.
According to local radio, sources on both sides are hopeful the stalemate can be broken over the weekend.
